Giant sterling engine

Hi everyone!
I've been working on a sterling engine for a while now. When I started I had some design criteria.
They are: An output between 500 and 1000 watts.
Water cooling for eventual secondary hydronic heating
Beta configuration for maximum thermal isolation of seals and wear surfaces
Avoidance of expensive hunks of metal with elaborate machine work (I'm thinking internal fins)
Simple maintainence - a drop of oil here, a drop of oil there and a wipe down
Round the clock operation
Wood chunks (prunings) for a heat source

And this is what I came up with:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zNnyuCADas (hopefully the link works this time)
If not youtube "Giant sterling engine first start"

Your thoughts?

It seems there was a typo:
A missing capital A after CAD in your link

This should work:

Mr. Machine Guy,

Awesome engine. Thanks for sharing. How did you make that crankshaft. How did you retain the crank pins in the disks? Are they press fit? It seems to me the most difficult thing to build is a robust crankshaft. Good work.

Nice work can't wait for some power figures and more details.

Mr. Machine Guy

That's an awesome looking engine, hats off to you!

Waiting for some power figures for it, manufacture a prony brake, we're dying to know!

Thanks Tom! Strange, I copied the link right off the address bar. It had no extra "A"

Pressed. There are actually two cranks, 4 main bearings
