Comparison between the power of steam and stirling engines
Hello everyone !! anyone can tell me : comparison between the power of steam and stirling engines, which higher performance ??

In general the steam engine will be the more powerful, but it has the problem of having to have a boiler which takes up lots of space, and in larger sizes the operator must have a boiler certificate, and the boiler has to have an annual boiler inspection and certification. Boiler explosions are rare these days, but 200 years ago this was one of the main reasons Robert Stirling built his engine, as deaths from boiler explosions was quiet common. The efficiency is fairly similar with an unpressurised Stirling Engine. A pressurised Stirling Engine is more able to be compared to the internal combustion engine in power and efficiency.
