Re: Hybrid Thermoacoustic Stirling Engine
“The burning of hydrocarbons, the resulting CO2 emissions, is fueling global-overheating that is rapidly bringing us to the Anthropic Mass Extinction, which has already begun. Humanity is unlikely to survive that mass-extinction.” I’m not some leftist who feels it necessary to censor opposing speec...

Re: We are back
OK,
We had a little problem with the software we used to tranfer the files. It messed the photo (files) up.
We re-loaded those and think everything is OK now.
Thanks Robert!

Re: Davis Charlton burner housing
I'll measure mine up when I get home tonight. I think the plans and probably machinery was bough up by the P M Research. I think we will find they are exactlly the same (with some base and firebox differences. But the version I have was also made by another before P M got a hold of it. Mine was made...

Re: This is my first beta stirling engine !!
I can't seem to get my head around how that elegantly machined crankshaft works-- it looks like one piece has to go thru itself!? (Obviously not.) Do you have closeups of that particular bit? Lovely work. Here is the best view of it. It forms a "crankshaft" like a car engine. http://www.s...

Re: Sterling Diaphragm Engine
I figured out why it was doing this.
I did an upgrade of the software and I guess it changed the setting back to the default settings. It should work again.

Re: Photo testing area
Well, it is possible it was on your end. I have never seen a warning message like that but, I submitted to the software techs for the forum software and they will look it over.
