I know one V configuration gamma is almost bound to look like another, but this engine does appear very similar to Dieter Viebach's ST05G http://www.ve-ingenieure.de/projekt_st05g_cnc_engl.html though presumably somewhat larger given the power claims.

I have one of these engines from Hyporex and it runs well, but to claim any more than a few watts out of it is ridiculous.
I'm sure the video of the workshop where the Hyporex motors are made will have been posted before, but just in case -
